DoPay Africa is a bulk payment gateway: "Pay everyone, at once, across Africa." Finance teams needed one place to register payees, build payout batches, approve them safely and track every payment through to the bank or mobile money wallet.
The console had to feel calm and clear for daily finance work, while keeping a strict record of who did what and when.
A clean, light interface with a left-hand navigation grouped by task: payouts, register, money and administration. Colour-coded status chips and summary cards make the state of every batch and payment readable at a glance.
Create weekly, monthly or quarterly batches, with members, amounts, payment methods and approval status in one table.
Track every payment instruction sent to the aggregator. Failed payments show the reason and can be retried or cancelled.
Balance, top-up history and a running statement, matched against what the payment provider confirms.
Role-based staff access, authorisation of batches with a one-time code, and a log of who did what and when. Reports export to CSV, Excel and PDF.
