A website for a youth-led organisation campaigning for a malaria free Uganda, with campaign pages, a field reports library and online membership.

Malaria Youth Champions Uganda is a youth-led organisation working towards a malaria free Uganda. Its site had to do three jobs at once: set out the work and the thinking behind it, publish the reports that come out of each project, and sign up new members.
It also had to look like a campaign rather than a brochure, and hold up on the phones most of its audience actually uses.
A bold, high contrast site in the organisation's yellow, black and red, built in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript so it loads fast and costs little to run. Oswald headings and the shield logo carry the campaign feel, and photography of the champions themselves leads every page.
A group photo beside a slider that moves through three campaigns: Foster Youth Participation, Build Collaborative Networks and the Post ITN Distribution Campaign.
Each report shows its cover, page count and summary. Readers preview the opening pages, then subscribe once to get the full PDF by email, and every new report after it.
A step by step application form for new champions, with a parental consent note for anyone under 18. Each submission arrives as a PDF in the inbox.
A two tier header carrying the social channels, phone and email, with Join Us and Contact Us always in reach and dropdowns for About us and Projects.
The site on a phone, and the thinking behind the work set out on the About page.
